School age teacher’s assistant

Michelle has been with the LSFC since 2025. She loves diamond art, coloring, Lilo & Stitch, and spending time with her family. Her favorite part of her job is watching the kids learn, helping them learn how to be their own unique selves, and doing activities with them. She is also a teachers aid at Silver Creek and says it is just a really good feeling to be with the children. She says “they always know that I am safe space if they are having a hard day or whatever it may be.” Michelle says that the kids have her heartstrings and working with them has to be the best job ever!
